- Chicken breasts
- Green Beans
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Dried rosemary
I'm assuming every kitchen has salt flour and olive oil, but this is a suuuper easy, healthy meal that you can make in a few minutes
- Butterfly the chicken breasts so they're thin, dredge them in flour
- Heat a couple tablespoons of olive oil with dried rosemary in a pan until you can smell the rosemary toasting
- Brown the chicken for 2 minutes on each side on med-high heat, then cover on med-low heat until fully cooked
- Steam green beens until slightly tender but still crisp ( you can do this in the microwave if you want)
- chop potatoes into chunks after washing and brush with olive oil and minced garlic add a little rosemary if ya like, and roast the potatoes at 350 until they're where ya like 'em
- plate everything and serve with a little lemon
